This card immediately made me think of Don Quixote. After reading too many chivalrous novels, he believes himself to be a knight errant. Along with his partner Sancho he goes out looking for opportunities seeking honor & glory through chivalrous deeds. Through his adventures, he always defends himself intensely against others who deny his knighthood.
