so-soThis was my #finishinaday pick for #booked2020. I haven‘t seen the movie yet, because I‘m a read the book first kind of person. The book was definitely gritty. Ree Dolly‘s world is harsh, dirty, and unforgiving. I have conflicting opinions on this one. I thought some of the details were gratuitously gritty, but what do I know? I‘m not from Ree‘s world.
