The kid wanted to play with the books and I told okay as long as he put them back. And he did. In his own way.

I don‘t know why I left this on my tbr for so long. It‘s fantastic!! Adraa and Jatin start as betrothed royals, whose competitive natures make them rivals. Through partnering up - under secret hero names - they like these parts of themselves. It was so funny to watch them fall for each other in this way. The tension and banter was so well written. The deception by the end a good addition to this action romance.
Beautiful book. Julianne Donaldson is a great author.

This was unexpectedly AMAZING! It‘s a tight psychological thriller with a out of nowhere ending! Highly recommend!
Laura Carlin‘s debut novel is a gothic historical thriller that effectively recreates the squalor of the 1830s but relies heavily on credibility-defying contrivance to drive the plot. The romance between Hester and Rebekah doesn‘t convince due to its ‘insta love‘ beginnings and the failure of either woman to question it in the context of the period. Ultimately this just wasn‘t for me and I can‘t say I‘d rush to read Carlin‘s other work.
Over the last year, I have received so many cards, letters, and notes from my lovely #LitsyLove friends. Your words helped me heal, grow stronger, and not to feel so alone. I am slowly working on responding to everyone. My poor Mail Lady looked shocked when I handed her the first batch! 😂✍️😵💫😄
Littens tagged, be on the lookout!

I‘m enjoying reading some less hyped YA fantasy books lately, usually found through uppercase YA‘s Instagram account. This one was good… I listened on audio and I liked it enough to want to finish it, but it wasn‘t the most wonderful thing I‘ve read either? The plot was unpredictable, which was good… nice world building… I liked the characters but got annoyed at their choices 😅 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
