I just finished this book!!! It was okay. Not my favorite. I rated this book a 3 out 5 stars.

I received this one from the publisher @revellbooks in exchange for a review, and quite enjoyed it. The thriller aspect had good pacing and the characters were likable. Being a Revell book, there are themes of Christianity throughout but they were woven naturally into the dialogue in a way that felt realistic under the circumstances. The ending was a little too tidy, but overall an enjoyable read and I will definitely be looking for the next book.

What an adrenaline-filled start to the new series! Lynn H Blackburn has outdone herself. It has everything a romantic suspense fan could possibly want - a fast-paced and intricately woven plot, wonderful characters who bring the book to life, sweet romance, great writing style, funny dialogue, and a great faith thread with forgiveness and reconciliation. A must-read for 2021!

This book brings the heart pumping action but it also has wonderful elements of romance, forgiveness, and belief. Faith‘s a wonderful character and I loved that her sister was a part of this story because it was nice to see someone with a disability represented. I really liked that Faith had her own struggles that she had to overcome. Luke was a guy who had inner angst and turmoil but who also had all the right elements for a person to swoon over.
