pickAlbert‘s spooky YA novel captures the depth of tight friendships forged young against a backdrop of strange disappearances in a small Illinois suburb. PHS students may seem to know everything about one another, but dark secrets emerge as Nora follows clues left by Becca, her estranged BFF, who disappeared along with 3 others in town. A bit slow to start, but the ending pace flies. Solid audio performance & it left me wanting to go to #DairyDream!
