Stunning art, as usual, for this one. The story is complex and was a little hard to follow in this issue. I got the feeling that mainly the characters are being positioned for the next installment. Good to see more of Kippa‘s backstory in this one. 3.5⭐️ #hoopla

Despite this color pic, most of this omnibus is black and white. Think of it as stories within a story. Each character has a story of how they ended up at Castle Waiting and they are revealed throughout the book. I‘m not sure if this book is meant for kids or adults, but I enjoyed it. #hoopla

I flew right through this audiobook. Fun story with great characters. I will definitely be moving on to the next in the series. #hoopla 3.5⭐️

sprainedbrain I devoured this whole series so fast on audio. Great story, and I just love Will Patton‘s narration. 🥰 2d

My fiancé asked me to pick out an #audiobook for our road trip this weekend, and of course I spent hours last night poking around my library‘s catalog and got paralyzed by choice ? I ended up checking out these two from #Hoopla: a stand-alone Discworld novel and a nonfiction history of a woman who made monsters for Hollywood movies. I‘m open to suggestions though!

TieDyeDude The Lady from the Black Lagoon (in audio) has so far been my favorite book this year! 2d

Good gothic mystery. It had a little bit of everything, but it all worked together well. It had fairy stories, a murder mystery, an old library, and some romance. Good narration on the audiobook. 4⭐️ #hoopla

First book of the #Readathon weekend completed! This book includes the stories of three different people in the same apartment building told as confessions. It is stories of the choices and maybe mistakes that they‘ve made and demonstrates how sharing those stories helps them to move forward.

Daisey @Cinfhen I‘m not really sure how to describe this novel without giving away any of the confessions, but I did enjoy it. 1w

The artwork in this black and white graphic novel is amazing. The story made me sad. But the artwork! 💜 You can find this book on Hoopla. #graphicnovel #hoopla

Memoir 2 for #nonfictionnovember and this one is also available in #hoopla! Cute art and very honest examination of eir identity, without trying to make it universal. I loved that even though Maia grew up in a hippie community, e was still going through a lot of the journey mentally first before confiding with friends or family.
