Chapter 4. My somewhat battered copy from 1990, give or take a year. I think I had heard of Lapsang Souchong before I discovered Barbara Pym in 1987 but it is now indelibly linked with her in my mind. I was so excited when TWG first opened in Jakarta 10 years ago and I could actually try it.
