#MarchBookstagram2018 Day 31: Random
Today marks the end of my first ever #bookstagram challenge and I want to use this space as a shout-out to @Chachic !!! We haven‘t even reached the first anniversary of our friendship but I already know we‘re growing old together! 😂🤣😂

This is one of the books I ~inherited from her and I‘m vv thankful to her for introducing me to more books, more book aesthetics, and the fun world of bookstagramming!

#MarchBookstagram2018 Day 30: Wishlist
It‘s a repost today bec I still don‘t have this book(obvi)! Practical Magic is my ultimate @ahoffmanwriter favorite! I‘ve read the book thrice and watched the movie like, a billion times! LOL. (It‘s cathartic to me.)

#MarchBookstagram2018 Day 29: Interior Art
This is from an old favorite, a poetry book, All the Small Poems and Fourteen More by Valerie Worth; with illustrations by Natalie Babbitt. Each poem has simple enough prompts like in this photo, ‘porch‘, (and there‘s ‘turtle‘ and ‘snow‘ and ‘stars‘ too!) and are only one to two pages long. They‘re short and sweet and all the poems each have accompanying illustrations that are as simple and deep.

#MarchBookstagram2018 Day 28: Underrated Favorite

I learned about this book from an aesthetic post by @/diverseaesthetic on Twitter about exactly a year ago and I fell in love with the premise. Add to that is the stunning cover (it‘s one of my favorite covers😍) and the fact that the author is a Filipino!!! I immediately 1-clicked it, probably the most expensive ebook I got so far, but it was SO WORTH IT!

What‘s your underrated favorite?

#MarchBookstagram2018 Day 27: Current Read
Unpopular opinion: I liked the ARC cover more than the actual cover for this book. 😬 I mean, the white one is still awesome and it matches the purple cover of the first book, but I think the blue/black tones of the ARC cover is cooler. Also, I‘m partial to the color blue, so there‘s that. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I‘ve only seen online photos of these two covers so maybe the white is better physically??? IDK

#MarchBookstagram2018: Spines Out!
Here are my books again! :) Shameless self-promotion, I knowww... but I can‘t be the only one who enjoys looking at multiple copies of the same book stacked together. It‘s...soothing! 😍 We only get shots like this at bulk order deliveries and at launch parties, and then the books are sent everywhere! •
These are both available digitally, on Amazon! 🤗😊

#MarchBookstagram2018 Day 25: Non-Fiction
Here is my collection of pet care books (turtles and bettas only).

I had a turtle and betta phase in college and bec it was impractical to own several pets at the same time to feed my obsession, I hoarded books about them instead. Basically feeding my ~other obsession, books! One I have not managed to grow out of, apparently.

Here are trad-pubbed titles from #romanceclass! ❤️
I‘ve read a chunk of these (bec they‘re light to carry around and are a breeze to read through) and am looking forward to getting more! Haha! Wait ‘til the bookban is lifted! (At the rate I‘m hacking through Mt. TBR, though, the ban must hold for five more years. 😭)

#MarchBookstagram2018 Day 23: A Modern Classic
The Mummy by Anne Rice

First published in the year I was born, this feels like the lesser known masterpiece from the Vampire Queen compared to her Vampire Chronicles. This is also my first Anne Rice book bec I tend to avoid scary and dark book. But it‘s about time to change the genres up and what better way to start than this bestseller. #horror

The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne
I haven‘t read this yet, let‘s get that out first, and I only bought this copy (impulsively) and paid full price for it because I liked the movie Easy A so much. I haven‘t even watched the film versions, not even the scandalicious Demi Moore one!
