I liked this more than the last book I read by this #ColoradoLocal author (Cinderella is Dead)! I enjoyed Briseis's plant power, having adopted moms, and the overall feel of the story. In the last 10%, it did drop back into the overly dramatic and mostly unbelievable style that I disliked in her other book. This was recently featured in a #RainbowCrate, which is why I read it! #LGBTQ #PlantMagic

I read this because it was one of the books picked for the September #RainbowCrate. It was a fun read. I absolutely loved the fairytale feel of this story about a girl cursed to be poisonous to the touch, and enjoyed all of the various twists and transformations throughout. It was also a ton of fun reading about the author's Persian inspiration in the back of the book. I wish that had been at the front! #LGBTQ #Fairytale

I wanted to show off the March Rainbow Crate Book Box now that they're having their Insta photo challenge. As usual, March's box is fun! I'm excited to have a new tea jar, and to have an art supply roll (that's the pretty cloth art piece). The book sleeves are now part of my bike wardrobe. Eventually, I'll read all of the BOTM selections, all of which sound wonderful. #RainbowCrate #BookBox #BookSubscription #SubscriptionBox #BookishItem #LGBTQ

The #RainbowCrateBookBox is running their photo challenge for the October Dark Academia box, so I thought I'd pop over from Instagram land to share a photo of everything in October's box. I'm very excited to read the book of the month (tagged), and can't decide whether the mug or the notebook are my favorite items from October. #BookBox #SubscriptionBox #RainbowCrate

The Rainbow Crate book box photo challenge for the September box is finally under way on Instagram, so I figured I‘d pop a picture of the box‘s content here on Litsy too! This was an absolutely gorgeous box and I‘m looking forward to reading the book.

Fandoms represented here include: Dark Rise, The Song of Achilles, Master of One, Black Sun, Cinderella is Dead, and the box came with a download of The Oracle Stone. #LGBTQ #BookBox #RainbowCrate
