The first book of many incarnations that came to mind was Pride and Prejudice. So many beautiful versions! And there are even more out there! (I only own a kindle edition and a copy in a Jane Austen collection).

If I were able to go into a bookstore, I might have been able to take a photo of a pile of this book, which was released in the UK with covers in at least 4 difference colours. But we‘re in a lockdown so you‘ll just have to trust me when I say that this was a case of #SameBookDifferentColour...
