Another book for my 2018 #TeenSocialIssues list
Subject: Bullying
Five months ago, Valerie Leftman's boyfriend, Nick, opened fire on their school cafeteria. Shot trying to stop him, Valerie inadvertently saves the life of a classmate, but was implicated in the shootings because of a list she helped create. A list of people and things she and Nick hated. The list he used to pick his targets.
The_Heeler_Booklife I read this years ago when it first came out and I think I was about 14-15 when it came out (I can‘t exactly remember, but I was a teenager) and I absolutely love this book. It‘s so raw, emotional, and something that could totally happen. 7y
MaggieCarr @allthingskayla I agree completely! 7y
