Byron‘s daughter Liza has been gone for months but he won‘t give up on tracking her down—even when the clues he uncovers takes him well beyond his comfort-zone. Wowza!!! This debut novel didn‘t just blow my socks off— but my underpants, too!! I loved this so much from start to finish!! I‘m totally blown away by the way Shaffer pulls on your heartstrings while simultaneously creating characters that are so easy to love and root for! This book wraps up nostalgia and love and found family so beautifully that I am at a loss for words! Definitely a #Top2023Read for sure! Can‘t wait to see what she writes next!
