Just finished reading my free book from Dr. Spalding! It's a very cute RF kids novel book that's similar in structure to Magic Tree House, Junie B Jones, etc. Alfie is an African American kid going into second grade. The story tackles having a male teacher, and the nerves that come with a new school year. I was surprised that the book doesn't come out until Fall 2017! I'm feel lucky I got to read it early! I recommend this! #ucflae3414su17

DrSpalding Yeah! It's brand new! Adding to my stack! So proud of you @Elizabethhunt96 ❤️📚 7y

Just Behave, Pablo Picasso! | Jonah Winter, Pablo Picasso

Just behave by Pablo Picasso is a beautifully put together biography. Jonah winter really shows Pablo Picasso as someone determined to be himself. Of course and some cases means breaking certain rules, but that doesn't stop him from expressing himself.

Bubble Homes and fish part is a wonderful and engaging in nonfiction read. I personally was surprised to find out that bubbles could serve as homes. What was even more all inspiring was that some fish use bubbles to communicate! This is definitely in informing and interesting book for the class.

This wonderful poetry book hits home. I cannot read this story without crying. There is so much that it says and such a simple and beautiful way. This book teaches us so much about learning to fulfill our selves. It also shows the struggles we go through when we hang to fill our emptiness with meaningless temporary things.

This Modern High fantasy book is one of my favorite and the Harry Potter series. Showing us a young Voldemort was a stroke of Genius. I love how there is a comparison between Harry and Voldemort. It really goes to show that there is very little difference between the forces of Good and Evil besides one's personal choice.
