panCanada Reads. Book 3. How did this even make the list?! I almost bailed, but I thought no, there must be more to it. Maybe I‘m wrong. So I read it all. I was not wrong. It fits the formula of a thriller. But it‘s not thrilling. It‘s boring and predictable and I regret wasting my time. I also have no idea how it fits the theme of changing the narrative.
JacqMac @TheKidUpstairs I agree with you on this one. I‘m also still waiting to fall in love with something. I only have two left to read. It‘s not looking good this year. lol 21h
TheKidUpstairs @JacqMac I'm glad I'm not the only one! Which two do you have left? I'm reading Dandelion right now, it's good so far, definitely my favourite of the fiction selections. But nothing has excited me like in past years. I still think about The Future, Greenwood, Butter Honey Pig Bread. This year is just so underwhelming and forgettable. 20h
