Someone mentioned their favorite book with “moon“ in the title, which made me think of mine. I feel so lucky my childhood library had this somewhat obscure series! (My own copy has no bookcover, so I found this one online.)

I'm not sure where this book could be used in a school, especially because I feel like parents may have a problem with a religious book being in the classroom. I do think the art style would be very cool for children to see!

Animals of the Bible by Dorothy P. Lathrop is a clear Caldecott winner! The illustration style is black and white only, with what looks like pencil stippling. This art style will be very cool for young children to see. This book explores animals spoken of in the Christian bible.

For our school's cultural day, I‘d use “Animals of the Bible“ to introduce students to Christian cultural insights. Each day would explore a different worldview, with this book offering a look at biblical stories. It will help students understand Christian beliefs.
