Day 3: Ina May Gaskin is amazing. She is incredibly inspirational! As the terror of wanting a water birth began to sink in, this book was one of the only things that gave me the courage to go for it. There are several real life accounts of giving birth naturally, and these women's stories helped ground me when my anxiety threatened to spin out of control.
