A free short story on kindle at the moment. Something nice, easy and quick to read as I'm too much of a coward to read "Pine" at night and I gave up on my #bookspin book. Not my normal fayre but sure let's give it a go.

I do this thing called #bookroulette, where through a series of 'pick a number' games, someone else chooses the next book I read, when I can't decide. My mom chose 1: The City of Owls, and because that would be quick I gave her another round. For number 2, she goes to the extreme opposite and chooses my anthology of The Chronicles of Narnia!! Well, no time like the present...
