As someone who lives with a #mentalillness this prompt is really important to me. I have had lots of struggles with my illness and I have to remember that I‘m not “crazy”. I think it‘s so important that there are books out there with main characters that have mental illnesses as that is one of the steps to breaking the stigma. I haven‘t yet read this one but I really must. #booksaboutmentalillness #magnificentmarch
jessinikkip That is one of the things my therapist keeps calling me out on, when I call myself crazy or talk about being "ridiculous". She keeps telling me I cant talk about myself like that because its not ridiculous to have an emotion 4y

Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Thank you for sharing... I stacked this one... my mother suffers from multiple mental illnesses and it‘s been difficult for many years. I also have some depression and anxiety at times. I‘m glad there are more resources, acknowledgment, and treatment than there was years ago... ❤️ 4y
