A super cute, funny story about cooking a meal that does not go quite as planned... See what happens!
Octopus Stew was written by Eric Velasquez. The book is about a young boy and his grandma that wants to cook him octopus stew. However, grandma does not read the warning. The octopus comes alive while it is cooking and attacks the grandma. The boy quickly uses his artistic ability to save the day. At the end of the story, the boy and the grandma eat salad for dinner and the octopus joins them...
I like how the one page opens the picture up!

“What must strike any intelligent witch or wizard on studying the so-called history of the Elder Wand is that every man who claims to have owned it has insisted that it is "unbeatable," when the known facts of its passage through many owners' hands demonstrate that has it not only been beaten hundreds of times, but that it also attracts trouble as Grumble the Grubby Goat attracted flies.” #Elder #QuotsyAug19 (image from IMDB, altered with Aviary)
