so-soSo, I wasn't as excited about the book in the end as I was in the beginning. It had some beautiful descriptions, mostly regarding book, the shop, and the story was good, but somehow the characters stayed a bit flat and thus weren't as relatable. The translation into German was done by Günther Frauenlob and Maike Dörries and I think they did a terrific job :) #loveyourtranslator All in all I'd give the book 3.5/5✨ it was still entertaining ?
