kspenmoll All this restorative calm was interrupted by the sudden appearance of a youngish bear rooting in my garden about 4 ft away from me. I ran to the porch door & into the house.fright & excitement… my husband & I watched him through the window as he/she ambled across the street & down my neighbors driveway.
