As a guest host this month, I will be helping @MinDea facilitate the discussion as much as possible, but unfortunately a big case I‘m working on did not settle today like I had hoped, so I have to go into work tomorrow mid morning to continue preparing for a January 3rd trial.

Jess7 Thank you @Cinfhen - There are two partners sitting first and second chair on it. I‘m just one of two attorneys helping them prep them for it. I‘m still holding out hope that it settles so I can have my weekend back. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 (edited) 6y

Jess7 Thanks all! It didn‘t settle unfortunately, but after working all day, we were able to continue the trial in light of ongoing settlement negotiations... so there‘s that at least! I shouldn‘t have to go into work tomorrow. :-) that‘s a plus! @Cinfhen and @Pamwurtzler - I responded to all of the discussion questions a little late, but they‘re there now :-) (edited) 6y
