Day 6: A book that makes you sad
This book... It's based on the author's real journey with addiction. I really hope Sheff is doing well and is in good health. This was a tough read. I have a strong stomach for reading sensitive material but I came to a point when I had to put it down for a little bit. It's graphic, raw, and emotional.
