So this got off to a slow start. The beginning felt weighed down by lots of technobabble and piles of bureaucratic acronyms. And I had to get used to the epistolary format. I'm glad I stuck with it though! This turned out to be the fun summertime read I hoped it would be. Witches. Time travel. Meddling with history. Plans going predictably awry.
