This was an interesting little graphic biography.

I didn‘t get as much reading time for #24b42020 in today as the last two days because I got motivated to take down Christmas and do some purging. Should be back on track tomorrow!

Book 329 12/30/19

Andrew65 Wow! 329 books! Not to mention the time. 👏👏👏 3w

This biography book is a good book because it has many facts and events documented throughout it. I believe it is exciting because it really happened, yet still told in a good and interesting way. The illustrations help make the theme believable and it recognizes various points in Lily's life. It however, is quite short and might not be telling a full story like we would've expected to see from the title and beginning.

This book is fascinating to me and I'm sure older early childhood classrooms could love a book like this. They might of been freshly introduced to the Holocaust or they might just really enjoy good comic/picture books. This book would be fairly easy to read and the illustrations allow them to follow along and not get confused or lost inside the story!
