pickThis book made me almost-cry several times. I loved how both stories - Pepper's past and Lovelace's present - complemented each other and worked to the same conclusion. I loved these characters. And did I mention I almost-cried?
I would have liked to see Human nonbinary characters though. With all the care they take to get pronouns right, all the NB characters being aliens stands out like a sore spot. Same goes for TLWtaSAP.
