When my Libby hold dropped, I realized from the Goodreads page count this was a collection of education essays from podcasts rather than an actual print book so Litsy doesn‘t carry the actual title. I‘m not in the habit of perusing podcasts so I‘m incredibly grateful for my Libby audiobook confusion. 3mo

I finally finished it. Though it was written years ago, the ideas Gladwell writes about are applicable today. It gives a lot to think about and a new perspective to word-of-mouth marketing.
