This was a very heartfelt and touching book.

The depression representation was really well done. It showed what depression looked like and how it affects not only the person with it, but also their loved ones.

MrT UK Title is 7 Deaths.... why the extra 1/2? 2d
Scorpioseah @MrT not two different books ? 2d
MrT No. Same book. I read it last year 2d
Clare-Dragonfly @MrT According to a comment from the author on Goodreads, it‘s to distinguish it from the 7 Husbands of Evelyn Hugo… still confusing in my opinion! 2d

Going to reread The Golden Compass and finally finish reading this trilogy. And I‘m also excited to watch the new show on HBO as well. Been hearing great things about it.

This was such a fun book! The premise is so cool and makes for an exciting read. The characters get launched into a wide range of video games and it was interesting to see how they adapted to each one.

I‘m reading the toll and am 12% in and a bit bored. On other news I switched from being AllThingsKayla to this new handle because of someone in my life looking me up on social media...

A few minutes before Friday on the West Coast, but close enough:

1. Catan
2. National Park road trip across the US (as many times as necessary)
3. 97/100 for my Goodreads goal
4. The Remains of the Day by Kazuo Ishiguro
5. You have to wear a shirt with only one word on it every day for one year. What word do you choose? (credit: the first result when I Googled “ice breaker questions“) Bonus: Include punctuation.

LiljaPleasant I have no idea... Could be "reader" or sth like that ^^ 5d
CoffeeCatsBooks Hmm...Coffee (maybe people will take it as a warning and bring me some). 5d
ImperfectCJ I'd probably go with “Indeed.“ It goes well with my one raised eyebrow, which is my signature facial expression. 5d

Balibee146 'loading'.... Can I have a half filled loafing bar graphic underneath? 5d
ljuliel This is 2 words but I like it.. PARTY ANIMAL ......and if you‘d see me, I look about as much like a party animal as Betty White does. 5d
QuietlyLaura "Love" with a heart graphic. ? 5d
DaveGreen7777 Mine would just say “shirt”! Sure to get lots of “huh?” reactions! 😂 5d
TheAromaofBooks We also keep looking at the map and planning unlikely but would-be-awesome national park loops!! For a shirt, probably Shhhh 5d
wanderinglynn I‘d go with my booknerd shirt. 😀 5d
ImperfectCJ @Balibee146 I think we can manage that. :-) 5d
ImperfectCJ @QuietlyLaura That is very sweet! Way to raise the vibration! 5d
ImperfectCJ @DaveGreen7777 Would you use that same punctuation, quotation marks plus exclamation point outside of them? Might subtly influence the meaning. 5d
ImperfectCJ @TheAromaofBooks The closest I've gotten so far is orchestrating several cross-country moves that we just HAVE to drive. I hope to swing a California National Park road trip in the next two years. 5d
ImperfectCJ @Enchanted_Bibliophile I like it! Right down to business. 5d
ImperfectCJ @wanderinglynn Sounds like you're ready for this challenge already! 5d
ImperfectCJ @CoffeeCatsBooks Ooh! I like your plan to use the shirt to influence others' behavior. 😆 5d
ImperfectCJ @LiljaPleasant Right to the point! With or without the quotation marks? 5d
LiljaPleasant @ImperfectCJ Without. 😊 5d
DaveGreen7777 @imperfect I‘d probably go with no punctuation at all, just to make it even harder to understand why I‘d be wearing it! 😂 5d
ImperfectCJ @ljuliel The element of surprise! I like it! If you want to go with one word, you could always go with "carouser." Or maybe "bacchanal" or "bacchante" depending on how you party. 5d
