Really liked this take on a familiar story. Recommended if you like fantasy or dystopia.

Really enjoyed this - it's a silly, lighthearted look at math popping up in the Simpsons and Futurama. I always enjoy Singh's math writing. I feel like I understand what's happening even though I haven't studied math in years.
Loved the conversational tone, approachable history, and humor. I wish it had more photos and illustrations of the landmarks he's discussing, though. When I googled and found pictures it helped immensely.
Absolutely adorable and charming, although even for a novella the ending is abrupt.
Loved the characters and setting, but "he's famous, she's not" would have been enough drama for me without a ton of ex girlfriend and miscommunication stuff thrown in at the end.
Really interesting, but if you've read Going Clear or any other Scientology book, not much new information. If you want juicy Scientology gossip, I preferred Leah Remini's book Troublemaker.
I love this author's other books but the darkness and drama of this made it not fun to read and I put it down.
Just finished my reread. This book is still epic in scope of adventure, romance, and plot twists. I cry at the end every time.
My favorite - if you can get through all the poetry it's really funny and the end is emotional torture in the best way every time I reread it.
