Took some time to get into, but this was a thoroughly enjoyable second installment to the Witchlands series. Gotta admit, Iseult and Aeduan are my faves.

Beautifully written and thought-provoking, but the plot hinges almost entirely on a romance I had a hard time caring about. If the romance had been more believable or hadn't been so central to the story, this could've been a 4 or 5 star book for sure.

Funny, fascinating travelogue about Bryson's hike of the Appalachian Trail. I listened to most of this on audiobook (the narration is wonderful), finished it in print, and thoroughly enjoyed both mediums. Definitely recommend, even if travel nonfiction isn't usually your thing.

LOVED this. Super detailed Regency London + an awesome, sensible heroine + a unique paranormal concept make this one of the best books I've read so far this year. Can't wait for the next one!

Pretty excited to start this, especially since I so rarely get ARCs! I just wish the digital edition had the same pretty, colorful cover.
