pickWell, I can‘t say it has been fun but I finally have my learners! After a week and a half of reading this book over and over again I finally did it. If you guys are getting your license I‘m going to tell you right now, you NEED to study that book hard and be prepared to get some unexpected questions. They try and word the questions difficulty. ;)
pickThese are two great short hockey stories! Breakaway is about a boy who gets to go to an amazing hockey camp, his favourite NHL player is the coach but he ends up getting a girl coach. The other book (Face-Off) is about a guy who falls into the water when he is playing pond hockey, and has to go on the road to recovery. 7.5/10 and 7/10 great short reads.
pickThis book is really good! This is the series that got me into Gordan Korman. It‘s about a group of kids that live in almost too perfect city. When suspicious things start going on, Eli and the gang start to wonder things.... I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a good adventure book. It will make you laugh, cry, and maybe scare you. 8.5/10, very solid book.
Okay, this book was GREAT! One of my favourite books I‘ve read this year. Like I said before, this book is about a 7th grade kid named Cooper Vega. When he first gets to his new school he is just a “Whatshisface” but due to a turn of events involving a ghost, a play, and a special girl. Copper Vega will go down in history. 9.5/10
I just started reading this new book called WhatsHisFace. Its a pretty good book so far! I‘m only on pg. 79 and I am already impressed! It‘s about a boy named Cooper Vega, his family is always moving and he never has any friends, that is until a mysterious figure shows up on his new phone.. 7/10 so far!
Okay, last one for the night;) This book is about a boy named Donavan Curtis, Donavan is a troublemaker and accidentally knocks a globe off a statue. He gets into trouble and goes into hiding at the one place no one will ever find him... The school for gifted students. This book is so good! Parts of it made me laugh, and some made me cry, but all in all, it‘s a great book. 9/10.
This book is so good! It‘s about a boy who falls off a roof and gets amnesia. He can‘t remember the bully that he used to be. In fact, he can‘t remember anything! I liked this book because of the lesson it taught. People CAN change and sometimes you just have to look for the good in people. Great book, 8.5/10.
This book series is a CLASSIC. If your looking for a great comic book to read, Calvin and Hobbes is for you! I love how wholesome this book is. Calvin and his stuffed tiger just kind of make me forget about the real world when I‘m reading it. I would give this book a strong 10/10. It‘s great.
pickThis book was great! I always forget just how good Gordan Kormans books are! I love that he makes each chapter a different character! The end of this book was so good that It was ReadInMathClass kind of book! I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a adventure book. (Or even if you don‘t, it‘s just that good). I did a picture of the back to show that I have finished the book. And also because I already did the front;) Would rate this a 8!
I am currently reading “Notorious” by Gordan Korman. This book is UNBELIEVABLE! It‘s amazing. It‘s about a boy named Keenan and his adventure in a new town. I‘m only on pg. 110 and I am addicted.
