Far and away THE BEST BOOK that I've read in at least the past ten years. I really appreciated the "hard science" of it all. That, added to the P.O.V. and the unexpected humor of it all, created an extremely compelling main character that you can't help but root for. An incredible first novel!

Armada: A Novel | Ernest Cline

This was a real disappointment as a follow up to the much-loved Ready Player One. I never really got into it, and it seemed to deal in tropes that were better explored in the movie The Last Starfighter. I hope his next one fares better.

11/22/63: A Novel | Stephen King

Not a fan of horror, so I'd never read King before. This book was a revelation to me! King paints such a vivid picture, and his characterizations are very real and deep. I didn't want it to end, and it's a looooong book so that's saying something!

A love letter to my childhood. 80s kids will appreciate this book the most. Can't wait for the movie!

I'm a huge Star Wars geek, and I learned more from this book than I was expecting! It was a very fun, informative read. Big thumbs up!

Ever wonder how the original Star Trek crew got together? No, I'm not talking about the NuTrek JJ Abrams reboot - this is Star Trek TOS! Enterprise was the first of innumerable ST books I've read over the years, and I still consider it the best. This book sparked the flames of my sci-fi lit. fandom

I'm not a huge gamer, but I come from that generation. I became a fan of Grossman's with Soon I Will Be Invincible, and I am enjoying this one so far.
