As you can see my Spring Break wasn't as productive as I had hoped. Still trying in my downtime! 👍

I am finally out for Spring Break! I set a goal to read at least two books over this next week and I am already halfway there! Now I am trying to read at least one a day. I have a few poetry books I haven't read yet so I think Bukowski's The Last Night of the Earth Poems should work out quite nice! Let's see what others I can tackle!

The ending of this book left me baffled yet mesmerized with Jesse Ball's writing style. Sometimes it was the easiest thing to breeze through; towards the end it hurt my eyes to focus and read. This novel baffled and enchanted me. It was so interesting and compelling but all I can say that it is a book. Weird way to start my spring break.

Interesting adaption of the classic Jane Eyre novel. The characters are adapted in quite unique and interesting roles. Some fit rather nicely, others could have used a bit more creativity. Not a GREAT read but a different and perplexing adaption of the original that ultimately fell short of the themes from its source material.

My room maybe cramped, but I am in love with my new bookshelf. The semester started and I am so busy!!

Overall, I loved the characters and the story kept my attention. However the author's writing style, structural and organizational choices, and terrible metaphors were not only lackluster but caused me to lose interest in an otherwise good story.

Quiet night in - not a fan of the writing but for the characters, I must go on! I am also trying to get as much reading as I can before the semester starts!

I need to lie down after reading this book. Just... a moment. If you love multiverse theory, THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU! There are no predictable outcomes, and it works so beautifully.

Elisa Nuts. I'm 3/4 through and it's mind-blowing, terrifying and awesome. My world will never be the same 😵 8y
