You have to read the book continuously to follow the plot effectively. It was really addictive, I read it quick and couldn't put it down. After seeing the film recently I preferred the book, there are parts that just can't translate as well onto screen. Definitely recommend!

This was the most unusual book I've read to date, eventually I grasped that the subject was mental illness. I like the way this author writes, the characters are unusual yet their situations become believable by their back story, what they experience in their life explains their actions. I read it quite quick as it was split into readable sections and was fast paced.

A book hasn't gripped me like this in a while the atmosphere was so vivid and the whole story was very imaginative, I still feel like I'm there!
