What's with all the questions and strange looks about my book? It's only an illustrated book on the practices of 19th century surgeons! I mean who doesn't want to see really gross illustrations of diseased human anatomy? Gross but interesting.

A sweet and simple book that will leave you feeling all the feelings.

This book should be read in one long read rather than short bursts. It is short,sincere and beautifully crafted. The author is honest about his personal experience in the world and it makes for an untarnished view of the world. Could not agree with Toni Morrison more. This is required reading.
