This is an excellent story about a young woman who is the catalyst for forgiveness, redemption, and resolution for for her hometown to come to terms with the accidental death of her brother as a boy by a member of the community.

This book had a great premise about an interesting group of characters spending the evening together. However, I found it rambling, confusing,and slow paced. It was mesmerizing enough. I did finish it, though I don‘t recommend it.
