People have been saying this wasn't their favorite Mary Roach so I wasn't expecting much, but I was really interested and thoroughly enjoyed it. Roach can do no wrong!

Well...I think it was about 300 pages too long. The dialogue was clunky in many places and the massive info dumps were exhausting, but the story was interesting. Almost gave up. Mostly glad I didn't.

So interesting! This story is one I haven't come across in all the years of my true crime fascination. Definitely worth the read!
