This week I piled in a car with my bf and 2 friends and headed 4 hours north to Humboldt Redwoods State Park to camp. Humboldt has been on my list of must go places since I first moved to California almost 8 years ago (omg). It was absolutely breathtaking and camping for the weekend was the perfect getaway. My heart wept as we watched the temp plummet the closer we got to San Francisco. This was the perfect read for a weekend camping getaway!

Smrloomis That sounds great! Welcome to Litsy 🥳 5y

"No one who had ever seen Catherine Morland in her infancy would have supposed her born to be a heroine."

I can‘t believe I waited this long to finally pick up a Jane Austen novel! How fitting that I chose her first written novel (though not published until after her death). I am thoroughly enjoying every minute if it and can‘t wait to read more of her work. Especially since the 2005 Pride and Prejudice movie is one of my favorites!
