The drinking of the rent money on a regular basis had forced a move on the Macklam family from a perfectly adequate three bed flat, located in the middle of town, to this particular property, situated in one of the old mining villages. However, despite the inconvenience of now living outside of Hartlepool, the move had provided Emily with a small degree of hope.

The Geneveh Project | Quentin Cope
post image

Declan Doyle stepped out of his silver grey Mercedes with the words from his favorite Queen track ringing in his ears.
Is this the real life?
Is this just fantasy?
He pushed the car door shut, making his way toward the rear entrance of his office building. He was smiling. Sometimes for Doyle it seemed his life in the tiny Gulf state of Abu Nar in 1987 really was fantasy.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT WOMEN: This sixty thousand word volume and the activities of our sample couple, Harry and Kylie, will possibly generate a series of ‘Oh yes ... I remember that one‘ along with the odd laugh out loud! From seventeen to seventy, male or female, gay or straight, this humerous scribbling holds relevance to us all. It could also save a few already rocky relationships and make lawyers a few pence poorer.

THE TRAVELS OF HERBERT T. EUSTACE: Released this January ... the latest offering from author Quentin Cope is titled ‘The Travels of Herbert T. Eustace‘ This fascinating story is one of a particular era and a place many of us would wish to comprehend, but have never experienced; a place where time and distance end up being unreliably fluid; a tale of recognisable allegory, coated perhaps with a thin layer of subtle satire. https://amzn.to/30HLwtu
