Third book on my quest to learn more about personal finance. Written by an Indian, but about the American market mostly, still found it easy to relate to. Enjoyed that the writer seemed like he wanted to have a conversation with the reader than just impart wisdom blindly.

A good read for anyone new to this field.

Very informative read for anyone new to the Indian stock market, or investing in general. Highly recommend.

Very engaging read for anyone interested in Greek mythology written in story format, with many insights on etymology interspersed with Brit humour thrown in.

Mehso-so

For a person who's lived the rock and roll life most of us can only dream about, the book seemed quite mediocre. Terribly self indulgent at points and an exercise in name-dropping people he's come in contact with, than anything of substance. Enjoyed reading about his struggles with addiction and self-abandonment, maybe the only portion which I could resonate with. Read if you are into the blues, pun intended.

Easy breezy read, had many resemblances to Freakanomics. Gladwell might be called out by academics for being a fraud, but cannot deny that he is a unique storyteller.
Would recommend purely for the spin he offers on our usual way of thinking about outliers.
