I loved. loved Sophia and Gabriel. [side note here, though, I had no idea that Scottie (Gabrial) was British. Did I miss that when reading Idol, or am I now alone?] Both characters were wonderfully created and I connected to them immediately. I loved their connection and witty banter. Let me just say here that this romance is a very, very slow burn. Things don't heat up until the 70% mark and I was 100% OK with that.⠀

This book has been on my TBR list for a while. I'm a K.A. Tucker fan, so I knew I'd start this series eventually. I guess I didn't fully know what to expect with this book. I'm not disappointed. I'm not like 'OMG, Mind. Blown." but a couple days after finishing the audio, I have to say, the book is still on my mind.

Salvaged, just like all @jay.crownover novels was emotional and beautifully written. It's deep and thought provoking. I always need a cold drink after finishing a Crownover novel to give my mind a rest from the amazingness that is Jay Crownover's writing. She doesn't do light and flirty. Her characters mate for life, its raw, gritty, and beautiful.⠀

I just loved everything about this book. The romance, the personal growing the characters did, the supporting cast, and the storyline. Arg! I want to still be reading this book. It was a long one and I just wish it had been a bit longer, only because I loved it so much!⠀

The Perfect Stranger | Megan Miranda
Pickpick

What I love about Miranda's writing style, is that it's very simple. It's all easy to follow. It's simple, "I said" and, "He said" and, "she asked". But this works so well because the story is so deep, you find yourself understanding so much better. I just really loved the way this story was written.⠀

JoeStalksBeck I liked this but not as much as All The Missing Girls. The twist in it was much more shocking 7y

Havoc was just so good. I was SO excited to read this last installment to the Mayhem series. But when it was time for me to sit down and start reading, I got scared and put it off for a day or two. I was so worried that I wasn't going to love this book like I did the rest of the series. Then I was worried that once I started I wouldn't put it down and then I'd have to close the book on my favorite fictional band. Eventually, I started reading.

Talk British To Me was one super fun read. I was hooked right from the first chapter. The writing and storyline kept me wanting to spend my whole day reading. The plot was pretty interesting and I have to say is what ultimately drew me in. I really liked both main characters, Mateo and Teague. Talk about a slow burn romance. This was my first Bielman read and I can't wait for more.⠀

Giving It All was a smart and real read. The plot was simple but strong. The characters were well developed. I love how Barth has created a slew of characters for this book and each is unique. I truly enjoy the whole gang.⠀

Who Needs Air was such a wonderfully written, heartbreaking beautiful love story. My heart is still all jammed packed with feels. I want to take a moment and mention that this book kinda breaks your heart a little as you read it. I enjoyed the main characters, Bella and August. While the prologue is written from August's POV, we get the rest of the story from Bella's. Just about everything about this book was perfect, in my eyes.

Sin with Me is the third book in the Bad Habit series. And I loved it! I already loved Grace and Brody from the previous books. But them getting their own story and really getting words from their POV was wonderful. They truly were perfect for each other. This was a great rockstar romance. I loved the characters and I loved the plot. It was emotional, gritty, fun and full of sexy time.⠀

Main characters, Charlotte and Matt are easy to like. The story line is pretty straight forward. I'm not thrilled with the 12 year age difference. I hate the feeling a get when reading a book where doesn't seem to be an appropriate HEA for the couple. Also the political talk surprisingly didn't bother me.

The House Mate was a sweet and steamy read. It was also very easy to read in one day, which is exactly what I did. I really liked the main characters, Addison and Max. The first darn chapter grabbed my attention and I could not put the book down. The story was fast paced and while there were supporting characters, they weren't overly important to the story. But, I liked additions.

The story was well written, the plot interesting, and the characters were enjoyable. While I'm not a huge fan of 3rd person point of view, I was able to stay focused and overall, enjoyed this steamy romance. And while I liked both main characters, Crystal and Bear, at times they seemed a bit over the top in how much they had to hash things out. But the story was enjoyable.

I loved Georgie. She was so much fun. She was three-dimensional, complex character. She was probably my favorite character of LL‘s to date. Andrew was a tough nut to crack though. While I really liked him, it was harder to love him. I totally LOVED him, but it wasn‘t insta-love for me. The dislike for each other and sexual tension between the two for the first half of book was just so enjoyable. I just loved everything about this book.

A sweet, a bit sassy, and speedy read. Main characters Trixie and Ryan were wonderfully written. They were dynamic but neither of them overly complex. So this story was easy and it wasn't mind-melting. As in, it didn't take a lot of focus and thinking. This book follows the two main character's point of view, but we also get a beginning, middle, and end chapter from Paps, Trixie's grandfather. I loved him! I can't wait for more from Poe.

I liked the main characters, Quinn and Kinley. Quinn, the rockstar was interesting and seemed like a good guy right from the start. Kinley was a strong female lead, a little more..tough and gruff and not your typical girly-girl. So it was interesting seeing the rock God fall for the tomboy. The plot was enjoyable and I really got into the story. The supporting cast was fun and I'd like to read more book in the series.

Right off the bat, I loved the narrators. Both of which were new to me. I really enjoyed their storytelling of the book, Next, the characters that they brought to life were fun and likable. Dang, Brett was one dirty talking football coach! And Aubrey was super likable and kicked butt working a job in a "man's" world. While both of them had some internal issues, they both grew throughout the story. They also had some wonderful chemistry.

Retrieval received a lot of hype, but I have to say, I don't think it lived up to the hype. 1) It was unique and I have not read another book like this. 2) It was well-written. 3) It didn't leave me wanting or needing to read book two. I'm sad to say that I just felt relieved that the book was over and I could move on. That bums me out.

I immediately connected with Jillian. It's been a couple of years and I hang my head and blush as I admit that I did not read the last installment of this series, so I didn't remember who Jillian was. Brock has made a few appearances in earlier books, so I was familiar with him. Anyways, I loved these characters. And I loved the plot and I loved the overall book. I loved that this book had a much more "adult" feel to it.

There was this whole new feel to this final installment. How in the world was Beck and Sela gonna make it out of this story together and free? I was on the edge of my seat the whole time while consumed in the audio. I'm going to miss Beck and Sela, as they were great characters. The series story as a whole was wonderful and unique. It was sexy and sweet at times. Is was dark but full of light. I loved it.

I am totally bummed with Roman Crazy. I'm a fan of Alice Clayton and have always enjoyed her books. Roman Crazy was unlike all her other books. And at the start, I liked it. The main character, Avery was down on her luck and I really wanted to see where her chance at happiness would take her in Rome. Unfortunately, as the book went on, I really started to dilike her. There was a lot of lying and way too much cheating.⠀

At first, I really wanted to like the main characters, Trae and Courtney, but I didn't. Before I knew it, I was hooked and didn't want to put this book down. I found myself liking Courtney and Trae a lot and even more together. The story unfolded and I really liked where it was going. This was a heavy sport-themed book and I really liked that. There were some great secondary characters as well. Overall, a fun read that I just couldn't put down.⠀

What a fun and fast read. I read this book so fast I was surprised when I realized I was reading the last page. To start, the characters, Paige and Cannon were wonderful main characters. Each had their flaws but both grew through the speedy read. The storyline was enjoyable, if not predictable. Overall, I highly suggest reading this book if you are looking for a fun, flirty, quickie romance read.

Royal Scandal was enjoyable and a quick read. The characters, Della and Colin were very easy to connect too. And I loved the supporting cast, making this a must-read series going forward for me. However, I have a huge pet peeve in books and that is when a character hides a really big secret from their love interests. And unfortunately, Colin did just that.

Rika and Michael were excellent characters. The supporting cast was just as complex, and while this was Rika and Michaels story, the rest of the cast played a huge part and you couldn't help wanting more of them. The story line was dark, twisty, unique and crazy addicting. It was also ridiculously erotic.

The two main characters, Daisy and Lincoln, (swoon, goes here ladies) both had dark and tragic pasts...as well as current events trying to break them down. They were utterly perfect together. The story was so deep and emotional. Yet, I still got that wonderful character banter that Layne is such a genius at creating. This book was PACKED full of the scenes featuring the Sex, Love & Stiletto/Oxford series characters and I loved it. Great read, but this book does have some dark elements to it. It touches on some very serious social events as well as mental issues. I really liked the main characters, Katherine and Nick. But overall, the storyline was unique and very interesting, and I can't wait to read more of these series as it releases.
