ACE stands for Adverse Childhood Experiences. On a scale of 1 to 10, my score was 6 - which is considered high.
In Aces High, I share how I accumulated those ACEs, how they negatively impacted my physiological, psychological, emotional and spiritual health, and what I did to heal.
