Extremely #introspective - has helped me in recognizing WHY I self-sabotage and HOW I can ease my way out of it 😭
A necessary read for those who fear the unknown or feel “stuck” and find themselves in a pattern of self-sabotaging.
This is the next level after your apparent #awareness of repeating cycles you no longer want; doing something about it 🙌🏼
Helpful to those in a #personalgrowth journey who want better for themselves! 😌

This was… fine? Some good stories from his life. Not the most compelling Christian book I‘ve ever read by a long shot. But I finished it, and I don‘t finish books I don‘t like.

This book is intended for people that believe in God. I honestly don‘t, but I still respect this book. It is a self help and philosophy with guided meditations. It is meant to be therapeutic. I am politely giving it back to my Dad. I didn‘t finish it, but I can‘t have the bail lower its popularity.

#mondaymotivation 1. It‘s Ramadan so EID this week and my 3 kids are still on Spring break so family time at the beach and finally my daughter‘s 12th birthday sleep over party. 2. I started making my own Chai Latte from scratch, so lately that‘s the one. But, any hot drink. Usually tea but sometimes coffee or hot chocolate. 3. A book mark and I save them over the years like little memories. 4. Tagged- it‘s been in my TBR pile for 10+ years.

.5/5⭐ Quickly dives deep into the gender binary & stays. The autobiographical section starts by judging people who use anesthesia during birth (“the babies were born drugged as well“) whereas the author's mother “being the pioneer & free-thinker that she is“ chose “natural“ childbirth. Gawain describes the events of her own life through rose-tinted glasses to present herself in the best light. She uses so many words to say very little. #roll100

5✨ If you have ever felt like you just can‘t win. Everything is going wrong and you have hit rock bottom, this book is for you. David is one of these people that just can‘t catch a break. His family is suffering and he is feeling worse and worse. Then he is given the gift to travel through “time/dimension” to learn 7 things that can make his life better. I feel like this book was speaking directly to me. It was amazing! #Roll100 October

A refreshing short book that focuses on 4 important agreements in order not to be to hard on yourself and attract positivity. A must read if you feel overwhelmed and need a book to help you focus on what‘s really important in life.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A good reminder that some relationships being temporary can be healthy.
