First book of the year finished! Growing up between the Original Trilogy and the Prequels, the Star Wars novels were *my* Star Wars, and reading this felt like reading my old EU books! Loved every minute of it.

Adding this one to my Star Wars favorites!! Clone Wars era, featuring Quinlan Vos ❤ and Asajj Ventress, who form an unusual partnership to assassinate Count Dooku... and all sorts of conflict and awful Jedi Council decision-making ensues. This one tugged at my heart-strings, so that automatically gives it major points.
So hard, but so worth it. Must read. My heart is in pieces, but 5 stars all the way.
Reading for our first book club at work! (Feb 28 @ the Roanoke Public Library, TX)
Finished! Very well written and researched. Hunt's style is beautiful, vivid and poignant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
"There was one of us had to look to the farm and one had to go and that was him and that was me. We were about the same small size but he was made out of wool and I was made out of wire."
Not one of my favs, but I liked that it neatly bridges the gap between Clone Wars and Rebels. Just didn't ever connect with this one, personally.
The Harry Potter story I didn't know I needed... ❤️❤️❤️ Just wish I could see this in London!!
This little middle-grade book just stole my heart in one sitting. Beautiful, precious, important, sweet, touching, clever, funny... and brilliant.
(And oh how I want to go back to Dublin.)
Starting off sharing great historical fiction reads with one of my newest favorites. Read this in one sitting, wonderfully developed characters (fell in love with Henri), and loved the natural weave of the historical with the supernatural. Extra bonus: feminism. 😉 Can't wait to read again!
