The Beginning of Everything | Robyn Schneider

The Beginning of Everything, Written by Robyn Schneider is a book about Ezra Faulkner, former Tennis turned cripple after a car accident with a drunk driver. I am currently a little more than halfway through and thoroughly enjoying it. However I do have some complaints. Often times Schnieder's depiction of high school seems unrealistic. She describes high school as a hierarchy and while there groups of people, there is no one popular person.

Sola M I really think you need to work on your writing skills. I have noticed a reoccurring theme where you struggle to understand basic grammatical concepts. Keep trying. never lose hope. 2y
$hon_McHugh sounds like a good book might read it 2y

The Deceivers | Kristen Simmons

Currently I have been reading the Deceivers a book about Brynn. Brynn is split between two worlds, her home life and school life. Often times it feels like school and home life can be very separate entities, and life is divided between the 2. While Brynns struggle is much more difficult then most of us face the premise is very similar.

Sola M I like the way you used the word ¨entities.“ It makes you seem smart, presumably smarter than you are. 2y

Atomic habits is a book about how to build and sustain healthy habits while cutting out the bad ones. The book is not super long, maybe 4-5 hours but the writing is simple and easy to understand, keeping the key points concise. The simplicity of each rule makes them easy to implement and continue with.

The book is set in three separate fiction Londons. Red London, a city in which magic is everywhere. Grey London, a dreary version of London, void of any semblance of magic. White London is a city which has been ravished by the use of magic leaving those who live there in poverty. The book follows Kell, one of the few gifted with the magical blood of Antari. Kell uses his powers to travel between worlds and bridge the gap learning of the past.
