Saitama a determined superhero that fights many monsters without any difficulties. Every monster he fights he defeats with one punch. Because of this he grows bored of his powerful self and desires to find a strong opponent to take on. On his journey to look for a worthy rival he finds a cyborg that wants to be his apprentice and accepts his request.

A soccer player Isagi is placed in a team where everyone is in an inferior status out all the other teams in a training camp. The goal of this training camp is to create the best striker and in order to that they need to survive their first round while finding a way to use their different unique weapons, however Isagi struggles to find his weapon.
