Just finished this book... 3 stars is all I can give. It's just such a dark story. Took a while for me to get into well past 100 pages but I kept going looking for the story to take a turn and lighten up... it just never happened.. Very sad and depressing...

Bird Box: A Novel | Josh Malerman

Reading Bird Box! Spooky Book ... I just know if I was In This situation I would already be dead..I love that the story takes place in Michigan since that's where I live. I an enjoying this one so far!

Tlgoff9 Finished this book last night.. Quick read a real page turner. Could you do it? No Looking, No peeking? Could you survive? I enjoyed this book for the ride. If you're going to analyze the the story you will surely be disappointed. There are unrealistic things that happen. (edited) 7y

Listening to Before The Fall..so far so good the narrator is doing a great job..

Tlgoff9 Ok so I finished the audio book tonight and I have to say that I liked it more than I thought I would.. In the reviews I read many people were disappointed in the end. This worried me and I was afraid I would be disappointed also. I worried needlessly. I enjoyed the story all the way to the end! 7y

The nightingale is the best book I have read this year. I couldn't put it down and definitely made me cry.. so keep the tissues by. Beautifully written!
