Knots And Crosses | Ian Rankin
post image

Have started this on audio today. An author I have long been wanting to read!

Andrew65 I love this book - a great introduction to Rebus and a good serial killer story too. I also love the series and Ian Rankin's writing style, it's like being wrapped in a cosy favourite blanket and love getting lost in his lyrical prose. After that I hope you enjoy it Tracey. (edited) 7y
Tracey_19 Yes! I'm enjoying it already. I can see it will be a new favourite series. 7y
Andrew65 @Tracey_19 That's great to hear! 😊 7y
Melissa_J I read this one several years ago and really liked it, but I still have yet to read any more books in the series! My husband loves everything Rankin writes so at least when I do feel like reading more the books will be at hand. 7y

Pickpick

I am fascinated by the WWII and enjoy (if that's the right word!) historical fiction books centred around this time period. This one is based in Italy and shows the atrocities that happened. There were a few coincidences that were a bit hard to believe but I'll forgive the author of these as it was a good read and generally well representative of the time period.
