i made it about 1/4 through. “in the style of a government report” is dead boring, even if it‘s an extra planetary government

means i can turn on the wifi on my kindle and let it expire

the library ebook has technically expired and i‘m not sure i‘m going to bother to finish it. but but i feel like there‘s gonna be a twist or gotcha and i want to know what.

The Snow Queen | Joan D. Vinge

this was on my giant list of fantasy and scifi by women. it has been slow getting started but maybe is picking up?

it‘s an interesting world if we can get away from the love sick teenagers and see it.

Erased, Vol. 3 | Kei Sanbe
Pickpick

hoping volume 4 is out soon, but this did a nice job of having a stopping point and not too much of an ending. here‘s the deal - it‘s almost a straight up mystery but there‘s some time travel mostly as a mechanic to change who has what info. but not enough to make it easy to solve. it does involve kids and bad things, so proceed with caution #manga

i managed to miss volume 3 coming out, and that‘s great because it‘s a cliffhanger so i am very glad i could jump right into. sci fi westerns are cool. cranky and comment female leads are what i like

not finished yet but pleased that the stories are more engaging than i feared and noticing the racial themes way more than i did as a kid
