UPDATE 6/20 - I just can‘t get into this one and I wanted to so badly! It came highly recommended.

I appreciated that this book was about someone‘s journey through grief after losing a spouse unexpectedly (like me). It wasn‘t about her moving on, it wasn‘t about her finding new love. It was a personal journey. It was navigating life as a young woman without her spouse who were both just beginning to plan their life together. A lot of it felt super spot on. If you‘re grieving and in an ok place to read this book, I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this page but especially the highlighted quote. I am currently on a difficult journey with grief and this really resonated with me. I felt like this main character in this moment, I am finally picking up books again and although I didn‘t expect the undertones of navigating through grief, it was comforting. 🤍📚 #booklover #grief #myjourney #romancenovel #hope
